Chuck Woosley, Jr graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following his education, he worked primarily within geriatrics, hospice and palliative care. In 2014, he graduated from Tennessee State University where he earned his Master of Science in nursing with a concentration in Family Practice. While attending TSU, he became particularly interested in researching the effects of testosterone replacement therapy in the chronically ill. There he conducted his final research project on “Testosterone Replacement Therapy in Patients with HIV and AIDS”.
His first role as a Nurse Practitioner brought him back to his palliative care patients, focusing on the symptomatic treatment related to such conditions as metastatic disease, congestive heart failure, COPD, chronic pain, and depression. He then moved to East Tennessee to open a low testosterone center and learn the ropes on hormone replacement. Chuck has now opened his own practice to primarily focus on all forms of hormone replacement therapy and wellness.
